The room was tidy with jacuzzi, I liked it.

the personnel was welcoming and exceptional. the location was magnificent, at a short distance from historic center.

Gorgeous property, fairly clean, its staff and location were good. The rooms were neat for superior bedroom.

It was great time in Mexico City. I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my choice. The restaurant was nice for dinner here, I had warm dishes.

The bathroom was too small and Wi-Fi connection was horrendous.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast with toast, fruit, juices.

The hotel was budget, the room was incredible and I loved top-class staff. There was lots of great options for continental breakfast. It was central and close to Puente de Alvarado.

The hotel is big size and clean with a good restaurant, I had a nice stay. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, a safe and a writing desk were a nice touch.

Relaxing base for exploring Mexico City. Don't forget to explore Tabacalera district. Moreover, there was a lake within 15 mins walk from the hotel.

Reasonably clean hotel with a pleasant lobby. Rooms with twin beds and a safe, as for instance.

The room was updated and practical, the hotel was fairly clean. Straightforward venue centrally located in the city. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was epic. I liked the room, the bed was soft. Their service was nice too.

We loved this clean hotel with a nice foyer. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was good! The room was brand-new, moreover huge with a mini-bar.

Breakfast with toast, fruit. The hotel was located so close to center, international airport and shopping areas.

The staff were more than helpful and especially HELPFUL ENOUGH. Beds were amazing, room was vintage & modest. Extensive breakfast and lots of goodies. There was a lovely pool on site too. Touristic location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Salon Hidalgo. Gorgeous area.

The food was fresh, the rooms were bright and functional. Nice size suite and lovely bed. A huge variety of food at breakfast like eggs, fresh fruit, toast, cakes and bread. Very good value for money, perfect service.

The views were ugly.

Vintage decor, service-minded staff, large bed. The food is incredible with lots of options, including fruit, breads, cakes, eggs and coffee...

Location was unbeatable, I loved regular double rooms and energetic stuff. Pleasant view of canal. With smooth check-in and self check-out, this hotel was colorful. Excellant tea and wines in the English bar, handy parking place.

In a fascinating position with a panoramic sea view. Trendy rooms & luxurious bathrooms. Overall clean and unforgettable hotel in Tabacalera district. Automated check-in, late check-out.

The breakfast was reasonably good, the staff was very very nice, the grounds were fairly clean. The room was amazing and luxurious, the beds were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was neat here, I loved it. Perfect location close to everything.

Communication was challenging, wifi connection was weak.

A reasonably comfortable hotel in the absolutely perfect location with extremely cordial staff. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room and that was great. It was big size and the bathroom was very fairly clean.

My air con did not work.

No doubt, it' s a great hotel. There's Zesta Punta within 10 minutes walk or so, thoroughly enjoyed their menu. The venue has queen room. It offers reasonable prices...

Comfortable base for a 4-night stay. The hotel was very clean, service and the food were very good. Loved the double room we had. Fuente is not far from the venue.

The location was excellent, with el cardenal alameda nearby. Brilliant base for a city trip in Mexico City.
